Silk Sensation Duvets, Underlays, Pillows, and Blankets are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of 8 years from purchase date. Please retain your purchase receipt for proof of purchase date. Please note- The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or product abuse by the purchaser.

If the goods were not received in perfect condition and were damaged via the courier please return within 14 working days. Cornwall Holdings 2008 Ltd will be happy to replace the damaged goods provided they remain unusued and in their original package.

You have received an item that is damaged

• You must contact us on 0800822827 or email us within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged item.
• The item must be returned to us within 14 days.
• A replacement item will be shipped to you at our expense.
• Cornwall Holdings 2008 Ltd will be happy to replace the damaged goods provided they remain unusued and in their original package.

You have received the wrong item

• The item must be returned to us within 14 days.
• A replacement item will be shipped to you at our expense.
• You must contact us, on either 0800822827 or email, within 24 hours of receipt of the wrong item.
• We will pay for the wrong item to be shipped back to us. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
• A replacement item will be shipped to you at our expense.
